My father passed away when I was a young boy. One of the few memories I have of him is going with him to the honey farm. I feel connected to the honey bee. They remind me of my father who was taken from me, but also represent the giving of life. The bees allow the viewer to enter into the abstraction of this artwork and buzz around through the layers.
